Please revise to show this ownership on the plat. S. Revised accordingly. Please update the Certificates of Ownership and Dedication and Notary Public Certificate to reflect the proper grammar and language; this includes removing an "(s)" where applicable and revising both to reflect how they read in the UDO. An additional note should be added explaining the 10 foot PUE that was dedicated with Volume 372, Page 489. I believe the intent of this 10 foot easement is to cover the public electrical infrastructure in the rear of Lot 14. Although the subject development proposes to modify the existing public electrical infrastructure in the rear of Lot 14A, the subject easement should remain in order to cover these improvements. See Note #8. Reviewed by: Josh Norton Date: March 15, 2012 ELECTRICAL COMMENTS REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ATTENTION 1. Developer /Contractor will coordinate with CSU to allow time for existing guy stub pole to be removed and existing junction pole to be replaced and upgraded to concrete. Contact Gilbert Martinez at 979.764.6255 to coordinate work. 2. All easements on site are existing. Electric facilities will be designed within existing easements. 3. Developer may be responsible for locating easements on site to insure that electrical infrastructure is installed within easement boundaries. 4. If applicable, the following easements will be required: • If possible new guy and anchor will be located within existing easements as shown on final plat/replat. Once removal and relocation of CSU infrastructure is completed new guy anchor may extend 2 to 3 feet beyond platted easement and additional descriptive easement may be required. GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS 1. Developer installs conduit per CSU specs and design. NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review. 2 of 3 2. CSU will provide drawings for electrical installation. 3. Developer provides 30' of rigid or IMC conduit for riser poles. CSU installs riser. 4. Developer will furnish and install conduit as shown on CSU electrical layout. 5. Developer installs secondary pedestals per CSU specs and design (secondary pedestals provided by CSU). 6. Developer provides digital AutoCAD 2000 or later version of plat and / or site plan. Email to: gmartinezacstx.gov. 7. Developer provides load data to CSU as soon as it is available to avoid construction delays. Delivery time for transformers not in stock is approximately 24 weeks. 8. Final site plan must show all proposed electrical facilities necessary to provide electrical service, i.e. transformer(s), pull box(es), switchgear(s), meter location and conduit routing as designed by CSU. 9.
