The proposed replat divides the existing lot into individual lots so that each unit of a duplex would be on its own lot. COMMENTS Parkland Dedication: This replat is not creating additional duplex units, so no parkland dedication is required. Greenways: N/A Pedestrian Connectivity: The City of College Station anticipates continuing sidewalks along the other side of Dominik Drive in the future. The applicant proposes sidewalks on this side of the street. Bicycle Connectivity: Bicycle facilities are not proposed with this replat and are not required. Impact Fees: N/A REVIEW CRITERIA Compliance with Subdivision Regulations: The proposed Final Plat is a replat of one duplex lot within University Oaks Block 5 and is in compliance with the Subdivision Regulations contained in the Unified Development Ordinance.
