Revise the name the proposed lot and phase as per the preliminary plat comments Response: The name and phase number have been revised as requested. 2. Provide a revised page 1 of the application to reflect the renamed lot and phase. Response: Page 1 of the application has been revised as requested. 3. Remove the City Secretary attest portion of the Certificate of Approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Response: This wording has been removed. 4. Revise the Certificate of Ownership and Dedication to include the second sentence. Please note that any changes made to the plans which have not been requested by the City of College Station are to be described in your resubmittal documents Response: Understood 6. Please note that you may be required to submit paid tax certificates if they are not current prior to the filing of your plat. Response: Understood. See attached tax certificate. ENGINEERING COMMENTS NO. 1 1. The proposed lot should be identified as a common area, as the lot does not currently have access to the public sewer system. Response: The lot has now been identified as a common area. 2. Please provide a note on plat explaining the ownership and maintenance responsibilities for the proposed common area. Response: A note has been added as requested. 3. Please provide a 10 foot PUE along the perimeter of the proposed common area. Response: A 10' PUE has been added as requested. 4. Please provide missing volume and pages. These subject easements may not have been dedicated with the previous final plat, as they appear to be outside the metes and bounds of the previous plat and may need to be dedicated with this plat. Response: Volume and page numbers have been added as requested. 5. Please place a note on the plat stating the subject tract is not located within an impact fee area. Response: This note has been added. 6. Please provide assessment payment according to the lot's frontage along Holleman. Response: The assessment payment of $11,331.01 has been submitted. ELECTRICAL COMMENTS REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ATTENTION 1. Project is located outside CSU certification area. CSU will not provide electric services to this project location. • • Response: Understood.
