Dear Mr. Williamson:
One of the goals of the Edelweiss Estates homeowners' Association is to ensure that our
neighborhood is maintained and that all rules and regulations of the Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Edelweiss Estates subdivision are followed.
The Board of Directors is responsible for working with all homeowners to ensure that
any new construction will follow the guidelines set forth in our Declaration of Covenants.
This letter is a request for the City of College Station Zoning Commission to change the
current zoning of C -3 to C -1 of Lot 8, Blockl., in the Edelweiss Business Center. If this
change is granted it will be possible for State Bank to construct a motor bank on this
property.
The Board appreciates the generous times ryat you and other State Bank mp+-esentatives
took to outline the plans for construction of the motor bank, 'as well as answer all our
questions dealing with lighting, landscaping, and the construction of the sound and
barrier wall between the purposed bank and the adjacent properties.
The Edelweiss Board also met with our homeowners that reside directly behind Lot 8 to
give them an opportunity to voice any concerns they might have. After this discussion,
each h0n1e0wner slated their pleasure with prospect of State Bank building iri this area.

It is the consensus of the Board of Directors that dWs zordng change be granted. We feet
State Bank will be a great asst. to Edelweiss Estates. State Bmik is exactly the kind of
establishment we would like to have in our business center. State Banks vision of
becoming a neighborhood bank is very desirable to our homeowners.
