Metes and bounds description of all that certain 20.27 acre tract or parcel of land, lying
and being situated in the Crawford Burnett Survey, Abstract No. 7, College Station,
Brazos County, Texas, said 20.27 acre tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the south corner of the before mentioned 20.27 acre tract, being in the
northwest right -of -way of Rock Prairie Road, West;
THENCE: N 45° 45' 44" W — 1,041.12 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE: N 43° 34' 00" E — 844.56 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE: S 45° 38' 00" E — 1,052.70 feet to a point for corner in the northwest right -of-
way of Rock Prairie Road, West;
THENCE: S 44° 21' 08" W — 842.13 feet along the said right -of -way to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 20.27 acres of land.

Existing A -O, Agricultural -Open:
PURPOSE: This district includes lands within
the corporate limits of the City, which are not
