NORTH ORIENTATION IS BASED ON ROTATING THE NORTHERLY LINE OF TUSCANY TRACE COURT TO PLAT CALLS OF THE FINAL PLAT, TUSCANY TRACE SUBDIVISION OF RECORD IN VOLUME 5973, PAGE 008, OFFICIAL /DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS (0. /D.R.B.C.T.). 2.)
