SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT for PJK ESTATES
Item: Consideration, discussion, and possible action on a Final Plat for PJK
Estates consisting of 2 Tots on 10.262 acres of land located east of the
intersection of Royder Road and Frierson Road. (04- 00500100)
Applicant: Kerr Surveying, Agent for Owner Pam Knight
Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat as
submitted.
Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of a Final Plat for 2 lots in the
City's ETJ. The property is located off Royder Road at its intersection with
Frierson Road. The Plat divides off a 1 -acre tract from the existing 10.626 acres.
The resulting Lots both front on Royder Road.
Comprehensive Plan Considerations: Royder Road is designated a Major
Collector on the City's Thoroughfare Plan. Additional right -of -way for Royder
Road is being dedicated by this Plat.
This Final Plat meets the minimum requirements for ETJ subdivisions.
