The undersigned do hereby declare that Uwe have carefully examined the site of the proposed Work, as
well as the Contract Documents, and do hereby agree to furnish all materials, transportation, equipment,
labor, supervision, tools and other items to do all Work in strict compliance with the Contract Documents
for the following amounts. Refer to the Project Specification Section 10-Summary of Work and Section
01230-Alternates for determining the separation of Work between Base Proposal and the Alternates.

thereof by Bartlett Cocke, L.P.
C. Jobsite Clean Up
Section 18 of Bartlett Cocke L.P.'s Subcontract Agreement regarding "clean up" will be strictly
enforced on a daily basis, to maintain a safe work environment. A concentrated clean up will be
completed every Friday, using personnel from all the Subcontractors that have worked on the
jobsite during the current week.
