Box 9960 College Station, Texas 77842 Re: Submittal of Revised Site Plan and Landscape Drawings and Construction Drawings for Vision Mission Church (formerly known as the Korean Mission Church) Incorporating Staff Review Comments No. 1 Project: Vision Mission Church (SP) — 04- 00500084 Dear Ms. George: Transmitted via this letter is a second set of review documents as specified in your Memorandum dated March 31, 2004 for the Vision Mission Church (formerly known as the Korean Mission Church) which is planned to be located at 4254 State Highway 6 in College Station, Texas. More specifically, the following documents are transmitted: • one (1) copy of the revised site plan; • one (1) copy of the revised landscape plan; • one (1) copy of the proposed construction plans; • one (1) copy of the previously reviewed drainage report for the project. • one (1) copy of the fire flow analysis The site plan and the landscape plans that were originally submitted have been revised to address the comments of the City of College Station staff as outlined in the previously referenced Memorandum. The only item not submitted is the requested blanket utility easement. We are awaiting information from the surveyor and will submit the requested easement at that time. The staff comments were designated as "Staff Review Comments No. 1" and are summarized in Table I along with a description of how the comments were integrated into the site and landscape plans as changes to the originally submitted plans.
