Dear Ms. George:
Transmitted via this letter is a second set of review documents as specified in your Memorandum dated
March 31, 2004 for the Vision Mission Church (formerly known as the Korean Mission Church) which is
planned to be located at 4254 State Highway 6 in College Station, Texas.
More specifically, the following documents are transmitted:
• one (1) copy of the revised site plan;
• one (1) copy of the revised landscape plan;
• one (1) copy of the proposed construction plans;
• one (1) copy of the previously reviewed drainage report for the project.
• one (1) copy of the fire flow analysis
The site plan and the landscape plans that were originally submitted have been revised to address the
comments of the City of College Station staff as outlined in the previously referenced Memorandum.
The only item not submitted is the requested blanket utility easement. We are awaiting information from
the surveyor and will submit the requested easement at that time.
The staff comments were designated as "Staff Review Comments No. 1" and are summarized in Table I
along with a description of how the comments were integrated into the site and landscape plans as
changes to the originally submitted plans.
In addition, the comments were also incorporated into the set of construction plans that are also being
submitted.

Understood. But the site will not be tapping into any of the City of College
Station's sanitary sewers at the present time. Sanitary sewer service for the
1 proposed facility will be provided by an On -Site Sewage Facility (OSSF).

This Site Plan can not be approved with sanitary sewer
service shown to go to "Proposed Line ". Line is not due to
start construction for an unknown length of time. Site Plans
expire after 1 -yr. As it spears at this time, it is unlikely that
this line will complete in that length of time. Show another
sewer option of wait for city infrastructure to be completed.
Sanitary Sewer will be an On -Site Sewer Facility (OSSF) system.

This project is being reviewed under the B /CS Unified
Design Guidelines. All public lines are required to be
designed accordingly.

if they call asking for CO while I am out, please ask someone to inspect for me ... they are trying to have
their first service there on Sunday.
Issues:
Irrigation needs to be in...
Need to sod ALL disturbed areas (even off site) (or seed for temp CO)
Screening shrubs need to be in ... he said that there was a bit of a berm in front of the parking row ... so it
maybe berm +sh rubs =screening
Temp. dumpster needs to be removed
Port 0 potty needs to be removed
please check to see if the sign is permitted (sorry ... ran out of time before 5 to get with a CSR)
