Applicant: Edward Froehling, developer and owner Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat Comprehensive Plan Considerations: The Land Use Plan shows the area to be Single Family Medium Density. Portions of Newport Lane and Southern Plantation (minor collectors) will be constructed with the development of these phases. The city is in discussions with the owner about the greenway, which is shown as a reserve tract. The proposed bikeway/pedestrian path in the greenway is shown on the plat, but will be built by the City. Item Background: The property was annexed in 1995.
