SUBJECT: DICKSON RUN (FP) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments
have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, April 5, 10:00
a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 15, 2004, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council
Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
Two (2) copies of the revised final plat;
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
nmanhart@ci.college-station.tx.us; and
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner and County
Judge's signatures (will be required after the County's approval).
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project
will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all
comments have not been addressed, your project will not be scheduled for the Planning
& Zoning Commission meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all
the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. After the Planning &
Zoning Commission has approved the plat, please submit seven (7) copies of the
plat with any required corrections to the City of College Station. City staff will
check for all approved items and forward the plat to the County. If you have any
questions or need additional information, please call Carol Cotter or myself at 764.3570.

SUBJECT: Final Plat for Dickson Run
Item: Consideration, discussion, and possible action on a Final Plat for Dickson
Run consisting of 2 lots on 15.747 acres, located at the bend in Calumet Trail
adjacent to Woodlake Subdivision in the City's ETJ. (04-00500079)
Applicant: Kerr Surveying, Agent for Owners Thad and Sherie Dickson.
Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat as
submitted.
Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of a Final Plat for 2 lots in the
City's ETJ. The property is located off Calumet Trail between Royder Road and
Woodlake Drive. The Plat divides the 15.747 acre tract into a 5-acre lot and a
10.747-acre lot. Both Lots front on Calumet Trail. This Final Plat meets the
minimum requirements for ETJ subdivisions.
Comprehensive Plan Considerations: Calumet Trail is a County road.
