I do know that we don't want to lose the ability to make those parcels upstream of Bush to Texas dedicate in the future. »> Jane Kee 04/16/03 10:05AM »> Do you have the parcels for the area from Bush to Texas? If so, I need to include those. If we don't have those yet, then its going to require a bit more with the ordinance to be sure I don't leave something out. Right now the ordinance refers to the Upper and Lower sections and doesn't separate out that area from Bush to Texas. As for the pieces we already have, I guess we don't need to include those in the ordinance. Mark, what do you think? Embracing the Past, Exploring the Future. »> Laura Harris 04/16/03 09:56AM »> No. This is not all the land that we will ever need from Dartmouth to Texas. These are only the parcels needed from Dartmouth Drive to the George Bush Drive Bridge for this phase of the Upper Trails. There will need to be dedications upstream at a later date for the trail to be extended from George Bush Drive to Texas Avenue. I did not leave a copy of all the other small parcels, 1 -5 & 8, because I think these owners have already dedicated. The only questionable parcel would be #8 on the Wood Brook Condo Association. Please let me know if parcel #8 is one we could include in the ordinance revision or if #6 & #7 are all for this section. Thanks, Laura »> Jane Kee 04/16/03 09:22AM »> I got the descriptions. Thanks. Is this all the area we will ever need for the upper trails? I thought we still needed property from the R.
