1. Master Preliminary Plat - Nantucket Subdivision
For phase 7, BTU will request a 20' PUE around the perimeter of the
subdivision. 16' PUEs will be adequate along all public ROW.
2. Final Plat - Fairhaven Cove
All BTU Electric facilities are not covered by easements as shown.
There should be a 10' electric easement or PUE along the back of lots
5 -8, between the two existing utility easements as referenced on the
final plat.
