ENGINEERING
1. Please state to whom the easements filed as 978/483 are dedicated and whether it
is a PUE, electric only, aerial or underground, etc.
2. Place a 10 -ft PUE on the back of all lots.
3. Place a 15 -ft PUE along edge of Fairhaven Cove street from Nantucket Drive to the
end of the cul -de -sac or dedicate the private ROW as a PUE.
4. City staff is requesting that the orphaned strip of land be added to the adjacent lots
in this subdivision by extending existing lot lines through strip. That way there will be
no vagrant strip and all lots will conform to R -1 requirements. Is this feasible?
5. Why do some of the easements shown die -out? They are shown as open- ended.
6. How is this subdivision served with domestic water?
7. Is this subdivision served by sanitary sewer or OSSFs. Where are sewer lines
located?
8. Understanding that this is an existing subdivision that was subdivided without benefit
of plat, you will need to request the following variances:
8.G.6 Cul -de -sac dimensions
8.G.10 Geometric Street Standards
8.M. Sidewalks
8.P. Sanitary Sewer
8.T. Street lights
Section 10 Parkland
do not see a problem with any of these variances; however, I can not speak for the
P &Z. Please amend the application and prepare a note concerning the variances to go
to the Commission with the plat.
