Response to Staff Review Comments No. 1
Engineering:
1. The easement dedicated in Vol. 978, Pg. 483 is an electrical right -of -way
easement granted to the City of Bryan.
2. In lieu of a 10' wide PUE, the 0.16 acre Common Area has been added to
the subdivision, and its entire area is a PUE.
3. The 0.23 acre private right -of -way is shown as a PUE.
4. This strip of land is shown as a common area on the plat. The
maintenance of this area is by the Fairhaven Cove home owners.
5. The ends of the easements have been closed.
6. The subdivision water service is by Wellborn Water Supply. The location
of the waterline will be shown on the Master Preliminary Plat for South
Hampton, Phases 2, 3 & 4.
7. This subdivision is served by sanitary sewer.
8. The Variance Request is included with the revised application form.
Electrical - BTU:
1. The common area is proposed as a PUE, and it is greater than 10' wide,
except in one location. Also, the existing 10' PUE along the back of
Nantucket — Phase 6B has been added to the plat. Additionally, a 10' wide
PUE is proposed along the back of Lots 1 thru 4 on the adjacent tract of land.
