ABANDONMENT AGREEMENT OF 30' PRIVATE ACCESS EASEMENT

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF BRAZOS §
This Abandonment Agreement (the "Agreement ") is made and entered into by and between LISA ARLEEN
GEICK, INDEPENDENT EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL R. GEICK, DECEASED, AND
LISA ARLEEN GEICK, INDIVIDUALLY, CIRO V. SUMAYA, BOVINE ELITE, INC., BOBBY R. LEE
AND PENNY M. LEE, AND JON N. ACKLAM AND DAWN ACKLAM, collectively, (the "Owners "), all
located in BLOCK 21,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the parties to this agreement are the owners of all of the lots burdened and benefited by said
Easement;
WHEREAS, on JULY 31, 1981, Area Progress Corporation of College Station, Texas, recorded a plat for
the subdivision known as Ponderosa Place in Volume 490, Page 169, Deed Records of the Brazos County Clerk's
Office, that contained a 30' Private Access Easement (the "Easement ") burdening and benefiting the following
described lots:
LOTS NOS. FOUR (4), FIVE (5), SIX (6), SEVEN (7) AND EIGHT (8), BLOCK 21, PONDEROSA PLACE,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 490, PAGE 169, DEED RECORDS
OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the undersigned being all of the owners of the above referenced property agree that the 30'
Private Access Easement which is shown on the Plat recorded in Volume 490, Page 169, Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas, is no longer needed and is of no use and therefore should be abandoned;
WHEREAS, the owners desire to wholly abandon the 30' Private Access Easement;
NOW THEREFORE, the parties by their signatures below do hereby agree to abandon the easement as if it
had never been included in the plat of Ponderosa Place;
As the easement is now deemed abandoned each of the undersigned owners are hereby relieved of any of the
burdens resulting from said easement and therefore shall be permittegimti8fe contained with the
boundaries of said easement as if the easement had never existed. COUNTY OF BRAZOS

This Abandonment Agreement (the "Agreement ") is made and entered into by and between LISA ARLEEN
GEICK, INDEPENDENT EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL R. GEICK, DECEASED, AND
LISA ARLEEN GEICK, INDIVIDUALLY, CIRO V. SUMAYA, BOVINE ELITE, INC., BOBBY R. LEE
AND PENNY M. LEE, AND JON N. ACKLAM AND DAWN ACKLAM, collectively, (the "Owners "), all
located in BLOCK 21,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the parties to this agreement are the owners of all of the lots burdened and benefited by said
Easement;
