SUBJECT: STONE FOREST PH 2 (RP) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above - mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address
the comments and submit the following information for the final plat to filed approved
and filed at the Brazos County Clerk's Office:
One (1) copy of the revised final plat; and,
One (1) Mylar original with the appropriate signatures.
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
nmanhart @ci.college- station.tx.us

ENGINEERING
1. The format is fine.
2. Please remove contour lines from Original Plat. Remove pavement line. Remove
storm drains. Remove everything except what was on original plat.
3. Increase font on easement information call -outs.
4. Only one curve table shown. C2, C3, C5, and C6, all change when lot lines are
moved.
5. After these corrections are made, please submit the mylar signed by the owner.
The mylar will then be signed by staff and filed.

NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station,
must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional
changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely
new review.

Staff reviewed the above - mentioned final plat as requested but had to stop review due
to an incomplete submittal. The following page is a preliminary list of staff review
comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments
and submit the following information to be scheduled for a future Planning & Zoning
Commission meeting:
Paid Tax Certificates;
Two (2) copies of the revised final plat;
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
nmanhart@ci.college- station.tx.us

ENGINEERING
1. Submit tax certificates.
2. Incorrect plating format.
3. Show abutting parcels and ownership.
4. It appears this qualifies as an amending plat and may be submitted as such.

ELECTRICAL
1. Developer installs conduit per city specs and design.
2. Developer provides 30' of #4 rigid conduit for riser poles. Developer installs
first 10'. City installs remainder.
3. Developer pours transformer pad(s) per city specs and design.
4. Developer installs pull boxes as per city specs and design.(pull boxes
provided by the city.
5. Developer provides digital AutoCAD 14 version of plat and /or site plan.

6. Developer provides load data for project.
7. Developer provides temporary blanket easement for construction
purposes.
8. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed for
electric lines (including street lights).
