All plans must be provided in engineering scale. I was unable to review some elements of the plan. 2. Please make sure that the landscape plan and the site plan match. For example, the parking area nearest to the dumpster does not match on the two plans. 3. Please better differentiate between what is shown as proposed and what is shown as existing on this site plan. Are any changes being made around the dumpster area? 4. Provide a general note that all roof and ground- mounted mechanical equipment shall be screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right - of -way or residential district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet above grade. Such screening shall be coordinated with the building - architecture and scale to maintain a unified appearance. 5. Please dimension all proposed parking spaces that are not 9'x20'. It looks as though the parking space nearest the east corner of the property is only approximately 161feet in length. '//t/G ° ✓ZU 7. It appears that several of your proposed end islands are not long enough to allow the parking space to be the required length. - / 0 8. The dumpster enclosure is only 8 by 8 feet. If any changes are proposed to the dumpster area, it needs to be 12 feet by 12 feet measured from the inside. Also the approach angle is too sharp. The enclosure needs to be rotated clockwise by 29 degrees. The approach cannot be more than a maximum of 16 degrees. All plans must be provided in engineering scale. 2. After looking at the plan, streetscape compliance will be required because the majority of the front of the property along Athens is included in the new plan. You are already meeting thalewirements, but must show the calculations. Please call me if you need help with this. 3. The trees must be replaced caliper for caliper. It looks as if you have done this, but - I need a legend showing the existing tree species and calipers and the proposed (even if this includes moving the trees). 4. Sizes of non - canopy trees are measured in caliper inches of a single trunk. Please provide the size of proposed canopy trees. 5. There are two small rectangles shown on the plan on either side of the proposed drives. Can you please identify these? 6. The irrigation plan will need to be approved by this department prior to C.O. Please reflect this on the plan. 7. Screening will be required in the end islands that are adjacent to the right -of -way. 8. Tree barricades are required to be barricaded at one foot per caliper inch. The note provided on the plan states that the barricade will be 1" for every 1" caliper. Pavement must have #4 bars. Please correct detail. 2. Every parking row must have a 180 s.f. end island at each end of the row. This applies to the angled parking as well. The end island at the northwest end of the angled parking row does not meet this requirement. 3. The minimum parking space length is 18 feet. If the space is at the end of the row, the end island must protect the entire 18 feet.
