BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: PART 1: The City of College Station is planning to realign Arrington Road to align with Oxburgh Lane at State Highway 40 (planned). PART 2: Using a single street name (i.e., Arrington Road) will simplify navigation and signing along State Highway 40. PART 3: That this ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days after the date of passage by the City Council, as provided by Section 35 of the Charter of the City of College Station.
