ORDINANCE NO. 2687
AN ORDINANCE RENAMING OXBURGH LANE IN ITS ENTIRETY WITHIN THE
CITY LIMITS OF COLLEGE STATION, TO ARRINGTON ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
PART 1: The City of College Station is planning to realign Arrington Road to
align with Oxburgh Lane at State Highway 40 (planned).
PART 2: Using a single street name (i.e., Arrington Road) will simplify navigation
and signing along State Highway 40.
PART 3: That this ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days after the date
of passage by the City Council, as provided by Section 35 of the
Charter of the City of College Station.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 8 day of January, 2003.
