Dear Ms. George:
Attached are 10 copies of the revised Preliminary Plat and the mylar original for the
above-mentioned project. A digital copy of the Preliminary Plat will be emailed to
Nanette Manhart. Revisions have been made per your comments dated February 27,
2004, and our response to those comments is attached.

Response to Staff Review Comments No. 1
Engineering:
1. A drainage easement has been shown along the floodplain of Lots 14-17.
2. The storm sewer running within the private street right-of-way has been
designated as public storm sewer, and it will be constructed to meet City
standards. The storm sewer running between Lots 2 & 3 has been designated
as private, and it is located in a private drainage easement, however, it will
also be constructed to meet City standards.
3. The manhole has been relocated out from under the street.
4. Notes have been revised to address the modifications/variances to the College
Station standards approved with the PDD.
5. Sewer & Water Reports have been included with this resubmission.
Electrical:
Electrical notes have been shown as noted on Staff Review Comments.
