Discussion, consideration, and possible action on a site plan for a deck addition and parking waiver for Ozona Bar and Grill, located at 520 Harvey Road (04 -19 JP). 5. Discussion of Northgate Ordinance. (KFoutz) 6. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items — A Design Review Board Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. 7. Adjourn. The building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. CITY OF COLLEGE STATION Planning & Development Services AGENDA ITEM NO. 4: Discussion, consideration and possible action on a Site Plan for a deck addition and parking waiver for Ozona Bar and Grill, located at 520 Harvey Rd (04 -19 JP). Staff Planner Prochazka presented the staff report stating that the applicant is proposing a deck addition to the east facade of the existing restaurant. The proposed deck addition is 2,400 square feet and is made of wood; the two fireplaces included with the addition are made of limestone, and accents are stainless steel. The deck incorporates several existing trees in the design. The addition extends into the required Wolf Pen Creek dedication area; this is permitted by the Wolf Pen Creek Master Plan. Also, the applicant has requested a parking waiver for the deck addition. The requested waiver is for 38 parking spaces. Lighting samples were also brought forward for approval. Mr. Trainor motioned to approve the lighting as proposed, Mr. McLean seconded the motion, which passed unopposed (6 -0). Mr. Benning motioned to approve the site plan as proposed, Mr. Trainor seconded the motion, which passed unopposed (6 -0).
