P 00891466 OR 6679 91 3. equipment, guy wires and anchors for such lighting in the Easement Area as is reasonably necessary for use of the Easement Area as a pedestrian walkway and bicycle path and for the health and safety of the public; 4. drainage ditches, drainage pipes and all other drainage structures, surface or subsurface and all associated facilities; and/or 5. any other municipal purposes. upon, over, under and across said Property as described and any ways, streets, roads, or alleys abutting same; and the right to cut, trim, and control the growth of trees and other vegetation within or along the Easement Area or on adjoining property of GRANTOR, which might interfere with or threaten the operation and maintenance of any equipment, accessories, or operations and as may be necessary to prevent possible interference with the operation and maintenance of said equipment, accessories, or operations or to remove possible hazards thereto. It being understood and agreed that any and all equipment or structures placed upon the Easement Area by GRANTEE shall remain the property of GRANTEE. GRANTOR expressly subordinates all rights of surface use incident to the mineral estate to the above - described uses of said surface by GRANTEE, and agrees to lender's subordinations on behalf of GRANTEE.
