The peak water demand was calculated in accordance with the fixture count
determination method. A total fixture unit count of 72 was determined for this
building, and values are shown below in Table One.

The peak water demand (based on 500 fixtures) for the domestic Gessner
service line and meter is 125 gallons per minute, and the average Engineering
water demand is 31 gallons per minute. The maximum continuous
capacity of the 1.5" Sensus OMNI T water meter is 160 gallons per
