RE: BJ's Restaurant — College Station, Texas
Project 210216.003
100% Existing Impervious Cover Letter
Dear Ms. Bridges:
In accordance with Section 11, 3. b. of the 'Stormwater Design Guidelines' Feb09 version, 1 hereby state/affirm the
following:
"1 have conducted a topographic review and field investigation of the existing and proposed flow patterns for
stomlwater runoff from the proposed &J's Restaurant — College Station (Located in the easterly portion of Lot 4,
Block f Post Oak Mall ) to the main stem of Carter's Creek. At build out conditions allowable by zoning, restrictive
covenant, or plat note, the stormwater flows from the subject subdivision or site project will not cause any
increase in flooding conditions to the interior of existing building structures, including basement areas, for storms
of magnitude up through the 100 -year event."
This project is located completely within the existing paved parking lot area, and is 100% impervious as found.
Our project will add some landscaping islands with various vegetative cover and will actually reduce the amount
of impervious cover within the overall project area, expected to be about 1.2 Acres, thus making proposed runoff
Tess than existing runoff.
It is our intent that this letter suffice for a 'Hydrology /Drainage Report' required as part of the Site Application
Process.
