Dear Mr. Norton,
This is to certify that, to the best of my knowledge, the proposed redevelopment of the existing
site referenced above meets the requirements of the City of College Station Unified
Stormwater Design Guidelines.
Particularly, the development site is less than one acre and is also located in the Bee Creek
Watershed between Carter Creek and Texas Avenue and is not subject to detention
requirements. In addition, the site is currently developed with extensive impervious cover and
the proposed redevelopment will result In less impervious surface that currently exists today.
This will result in lower stormwater runoff rates and volume from the site.
