1. Since the owners are already specified in the Certificate, revise the word tense used in the owner
signature and notary portions of the Certificate of Ownership and Dedication to the correct tense by
removing "(s)" in name(s) and person(s) where there is one individual named, the correct use of
is /are, and he /she /they.
The tense has been fixed.
2. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of
College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any
additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will constitute a
completely new review.
The rear lot line of block 9 lot 157 was adjusted to allow for the future construction of
Saddle Creek Drive.
Please note that you may be required to submit paid tax certificates if they are not current prior to the
, \filing of your plat.

(Sheet 4) Street name is incorrect, shown as Shady Hollow Oak, not Martingale.
The street name has been corrected on sheet 2 of 4.
(Water Main) Please identify structural backfill for street crossings.
The proposed water main does not have any proposed street crossings.
�anch House Road should terminate in a cul -de -sac.
A cul -de -sac with a pavement radius of 40' and a ROW radius of 50' has been added to
the plans and the final plat. Due to the existing drainage and topography the cul -de -sac was
placed at the end of the road.

Please submit drainage report. If the drainage report for the entire subdivision has previously been
submitted to the City, please simply provide a letter referencing the report. Please provide the bar
ditch and culvert sizing information unless it was previously provided. Please verify that all drainage
assumption made with the prior report are still accurate with the design of this phase, if not please
provide an addendum to that report.
