The 4.31 acres shown on the metes and bounds in the deed included 0.15 acres of the adjacent tracts to the east which are owned by Greene and Ruoff. Please see the attached Land Title Survey Plat & Metes and Bounds completed by Kerr Surveying, LLC. in June 2011. The tract boundaries shown in this survey are in accordance with surveys of the deed recorded adjacent tracts according to Brad Kerr RPLS.
