STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat. SUPPORTING MATERIALS 1. Application 2. Copy of Final Plat (provided in packet) The proposed plat does not contain residential uses. Therefore, no parkland dedication is required or proposed. No greenway area is required or proposed. With the waiver approved wits the Preliminary Plan, no sidewalk is required along McCullough Road. McCullough Road is a future 2 -lane major collector thoroughfare that when reconstructed is anticipated to have bike lanes. Water service is provided by Wellborn Special Utility District and an 8 -inch and 10 -inch water lines will be constructed to provide adequate water and fire protection to the property.
