Project: WELLBORN BUSINESS PARK (FP) —11- 00500145
1. Remove "Zoned A -0" from the label of the Lot on the plat. If desired, a Note may be added that
the property is currently or formerly zoned A -O Agricultural Open.
The zoning label has been removed from the plat and Note 12 has been added.
2. Remove the hatched ROW dedication label from the Legend as it is not used on the plat.
The hatch has been removed from the Legend.
3. Provide the metes and bounds and dimensions for all of the proposed PUEs, as done with those
near McCullough Road.
All of the PUEs have been labeled and the metes and bounds have been added to the plat.
4. Please note that you may be required to submit paid tax certificates if they are not current prior
to the filing of your plat.

1. The proposed water infrastructure must be bonded or constructed & tested before this item can
be scheduled for Planning & Zoning Commission consideration. The post construction (as- built)
engineered fire flow report must be performed and submitted as part for this acceptance.

2. Please identify structural backfill in profile if these lines are proposed to be located in structural
areas.
Structural backfill has been added to the plan & profile drawing.
3. Future development of the subject tract will be required to mitigate post development drainage
per the BCS Guidelines.
