RE: Letter Acknowledging City Standards — Castle Rock Subdivision Phase 6
Dear Mr. Gibbs:
The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge that the construction plans for the water,
sanitary sewer, streets and drainage for the above - referenced project, to the best of my
knowledge, do not deviate from the B /CS Design Guideline Manual except that
Waterline W -2, shown on Sheet 6 has a bury depth greater than 5' in order for the
waterline to get under storm sewer pipe P612 and Waterline W -6, Shown on Sheet 12,
has a bury depth greater than 5' in order for the waterline to go under storm sewer pipe
P603. Waterline W -6 also has a bury depth less than 4' in order for the waterline to go
over the box culvert structure. No other alternate design or construction methodology
was used.
I also acknowledge that, to the best of my knowledge, the details provided in the
construction plans are in accordance with the B /CS Standard Details.
SiQcerely,
Jo ph P. Schultz, P.E.
