Box 9960 College Station, Texas 77842 RE: NO ADVERSE IMPACT STUDY for Entergy Site Development Dear Alan, We have completed a study defining the effects entailed using a dynamic ofhe floodway fringe of Carters Creek. The study ntaiied Carters Creek with the pre- construction and ha the Unified Development Ordinance. compute the five criteria of impact listed in Chapter 13 Per Chapter 13, the following criteria must be met: 1. Base Flood Elevations must not be increased 2. Area of Special Flood Hazard must not be increased 3. Conveyance shall not be reduced 4. Base Flood Storage must not be reduced 5. Base Flood Velocity must not be increased. The HEC -RAS Model utilized is an excerpt of the dynamic model created b Mitche Fl & All Morgan, LLP for the Carters Creek Flood Hazard Study currently hydrologic and hydraulic parameters are covered in detail in the study associated with that work. As can be seen in the exhibits, the water surface increases minimally but below the tolerances listed in Chapter 13. Based on the results of this modeling, this project has "no adverse impact" to the surrounding properties. The models and drawings are included on the CD provided with this letter.
