page number. There are still a couple of easements labeled as proposed, but they

along the private drives should be included. The waterline along Private Drive B

maintained. The previous design with grate inlets incorporated into the existing
storm sewer is preferable. Junction boxes will be required where grate inlets are

supply the equivalent protection as the AMPro USA, LL562 Locking Lid. Alternate

E I ICA L COMMENTS REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ATTENTION
1. All easements on site are existing. Electric facilities will be designed within existing
easements.
2. Developer may be responsible for locating easements on site to insure that electrical
infrastructure is installed within easement boundaries.
3. Transformer providing service to this project is existing. Available secondary voltage is
277/480v.
