HomeMy WebLinkAboutCorrespondenceCarol Cotter - Pebble Creek 9I From: "Jeff Robertson" <jeffr @McClureBrowne.com> To: "Carol Cotter" <Ccotter @cstx.gov> Date: 4/28/2010 11:20 AM Subject: Pebble Creek 9I Carol, I have a couple of questions regarding the comments for Pebble Creek 91: 1. It appears to me that the street lights are covered by easements. Do you know specifically which area you saw that wasn't covered? 2. Can you please clarify the comment regarding the gray line and SE -2.1? I'm not sure I understood that one. 3. In regards to the sewer services, we put a note in the plan view that all services shall be extended to within 3.5' of the ground at the end of the line (similar to left hand side of detail S3 -00). The line on Service 1.7 was inadvertent. We typically just show the stack at the main in the profile. Would you prefer to see all of the services in the manner we show 1.7? 4. Do we just have to supply the application for the offsite easement needed for the storm drain to be scheduled for P &Z? Thanks, Jeff Jeffery L. Robertson, P.E.
