Water and Wastewater Capacity Letter
Dear Mr. Gibbs:
We submit this letter as a component of the Site Plan and Development Permit Applications for the
College Station Store Project proposed within the Tower Point Subdivision. Review of the Waterline
and Sanitary Sewer Reports as prepared by Walter P. Moore & Associates, Inc. for the Tower Point
Infrastructure Development dated November 11, 2009, indicates that there will be sufficient capacity
to support development of Lot 12 as proposed within this submittal.
Further review of the water report indicates that the looped water main within Lots 12 and 13C
provides sufficient pressure and capacity for the HEB store including the adjacent retail spaces. The
proposed sanitary sewer system for the development is designed for a peak capacity of 34.5 acres of
land including the lots associated with this project.
Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact this office.
Sincerely,
S
