Box 9960 College Station, Texas 77842 RE: LETTER ACKNOWLEDGING CITY STANDARDS CASTLEGATE II SUBDIVISION, SECTION 201 COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS Dear Josh: Sincerel Kent Laza, P.E., Mana er The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge any deviations from the B /CS Design Guideline Manual during the design of Castlegate II Subdivision, Section 201. The following deviations are hereby noted: 1. Following the initial review by city staff, a redesign of the sanitary and storm sewer systems became necessary to address one of the comments and avoid direct conflicts between the two systems. The resulting redesign using BCS Design Standards made the sanitary sewer very shallow (between 2.0 and 3.5 feet) in two locations. Following consultation with the city staff, the minimum slope on these lines was changed to the TCEQ minimums of 0.20% for 12" and 0.33% for 8" lines. I also acknowledge that, to the best of my knowledge, the details provided in the construction plans are in accordance with the B /CS Standard Details.
