HomeMy WebLinkAboutMETES & BOUNDS FIELD NOTES 5.297 ACRES Being all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the J.E. SCOTT LEAGUE, Abstract No. 50, in College Station, Brazos County, Texas and being all of the called 5.288 acre tract of land conveyed to Otto August Huff and wife, Frieda Huff by Corrie Suber Dodson by deed recorded in Volume 225, Page 301 of the Brazos County Deed Records (B.C.D.R.) and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING: at a found concrete monument marking the northwest corner of this tract, said monument also being in the southeast margin of the old Bryan -Jones Bridge Road (now commonly known as F &B Road); THENCE: N 42° 12' 07" E along said F &B Road for a distance of 150.50 feet for corner, said corner also being the west corner of the 5.00 acre Texas A&M University tract described in Volume 663, Page 719 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas (O.R.B.C.); THENCE: S 48° 15' 05" E along the common line of this tract and the said 5.00 acre tract for a distance of 1532.63 feet for corner; THENCE: S 41° 43' 50" W along the southeast line of this tract for a distance of 150.50 feet for corner, said corner also being the east corner of the 19.95 acre Texas A &M University tract described in Volume 519, Page 287 (B.C.D.R.); THENCE: N 48° 15' 05" W along the common line of this tract and the said 19.95 acre tract for a distance of 1533.87 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 5.297 acres of land, more or less.
