General Contractor d' Record Drawings: (2 Red -Lined Copies) for Public Drainage Infrastructure including Private Detention Facilities with the following attestations: "I hereby attest that I am familiar with the approved drainage plan and associated construction drawings and furthermore, attest that the drainage facilities have been constructed within dimensional tolerances prescribed by the Bryan & College station Unified Stormwater Design Guidelines and in accordance with the approved construction plans or amendments thereto approved by the City of College Station." General Contractor X nspectors to review Red -lined Record Drawings, upon acceptable confirmation of drawings, inspector to: o file one set of Record Drawings in Public Works files, and ,00 forward one set of Record Drawings to Jeffery Speed (CSU) I nspectors should forward Letters of Completion to the development review engineer that reviewed and stamped the construction plans after confirming: o the date on the Letter of Completion Warranty should reflect the date when all associated punchlist items are completed, and the Owner is shall be listed as the one affirming the one -year warranty Development review engineer to: p 9 o Add Dev Permit Number to Letter of Completion o stamp the Letter of Completion to confirm by initialing that the final plat is filed (or mylar is ready to be filed), all necessary easements (including offsite) have been filed, and blanket easement issues are resolved, and o initial and route the Final Plat mylar for filing.
