When the UDO was adopted and implemented, the uses allowed in the C -3 zoning district were changed no longer allowing miniwarehouses as a permitted use. 2.) Indicate whether or not this zone change is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan. If it is not, explainwhy the Plan is incorrect. This zoning change is in compliance with the Comprehensive Plan, the City's Strategic Plan, the 30/60 Area Planning Study, and the Mixed Use Report. 3.)
