The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information by Monday, February 9, 10:00 a.m. to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for February 19, 2004, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. One (1) completed Final Plat Application with correct information, including the current property owner's contact information; Two (2) copies of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original with the appropriate signatures; and, One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart@cstx.gov. Plats are required to be drawn to a scale of 1"=100' max. 2. Robert Taylor needs to fill out the Final Plat Application correctly and supply all required information. The property is zoned C -2, not C -1. This application goes to the P &Z and must be accurate. If you need help filling out the application, please contact the Development Services Department. 3. Show City Limit line correctly. 4. Since this is not a replat of the entire RPWBP, the title block of this plat should read, "A Replat of Rock Prairie West Business Park, Phasel, Block 1 Lots , Block 2, Lots " List all Tots whose dimensions are changed from the original. 5. Old Wellborn Road ROW is shown on plat as 42 -ft. Old Wellborn Road is shown on the T -fare Plan as a Minor Collector. Some ROW dedication is required to be in compliance with the City's Subdivision Regulations. If this ROW information is not correct, please revise. 6. Remove "Proposed" language on dedications. The following page is a repeat staff review comment detailing an item that still needs to be addressed. Please address the comment and submit the following information for this project to be scheduled for a future available Planning & Zoning Commission meeting: $200 processing fee for the next round of three (3) staff reviews; Two (2) copies of the revised final plat; and, One (1) Mylar original with the appropriate signatures.
