(03- 00500254) Applicant: Scott Neff, Owner Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat as submitted. Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of a Final Plat for 35.53 acres in the City's ETJ. The property is located off Clay Pitt Road and is being platted as 26 residential Tots. Lots are a minimum of 1 acre and front on one of two proposed streets. Right -of -way for Clay Pit Road is being dedicated to the County with this plat. This Final Plat meets the minimum requirements for ETJ subdivisions.
