SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT for CEDAR ROCK ADDITION
Item: Consideration, discussion, and possible action on a Final Plat of the
Cedar Rock Addition consisting of 26 lots on 35.53 acres located off Clay Pitt
Road, to the east of Wellborn Road and south of Koppe Bridge Road. (03-
00500254)

Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat as
submitted.
Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of a Final Plat for 35.53 acres
in the City's ETJ. The property is located off Clay Pitt Road and is being platted
as 26 residential Tots. Lots are a minimum of 1 acre and front on one of two
proposed streets. Right -of -way for Clay Pit Road is being dedicated to the
County with this plat. This Final Plat meets the minimum requirements for ETJ
subdivisions.
