Re: AT &T Wireless Site # HSTNTX3423 "East College Station"
Rooftop of the Ramada Inn
1502 Texas Ave. S.
College Station, TX 77840
Dear Brandt,
As per your request we have performed a new evaluation of the roof structure for the
referenced site. The reason for the evaluation was to assess the impact of the addition of
antennas and antenna mounts to the roof of this building. Our evaluation was based on a
site survey of the existing structure and original construction drawings provided by the
building owner. The following were the criteria for the evaluation:
a. Two identical antenna mounts designed and fabricated by Stealth Network
Technologies. Total Weight not to exceed 10001bs.
b. Antennas & antenna mounts are designed to withstand a minimum basic wind
speed of 100 mph (3 second gust) as required by section 1609.1.1 of the 2000
International Building Code (IBC), as adopted by the City of College Station
c. Any future addition of equipment above and beyond the mentioned
equipment, variation in equipment weight, or change in location will require a
subsequent evaluation.
Based on the preceding criteria, the equipment can be placed without jeopardizing the
safety of the roof structure of this building.
Should you have any question concerning this report, or if I can be of any further
assistance, please do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely Submitted, ¢
