Re: Cross Street Warehouse Parkland Dedication

I just wanted to remind you about the parkland dedication fees that are due
prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for this project. The parkland
dedication amount is $452 per living unit for a total of $19,436. If you have any
questions regarding the parkland dedication or other items related to this
