Final Plat Applications for Phase 2 and Phase 3 2. Final Plat Fees of $800.00, 3. Development Permit Fee of $200.00 (Both Phases are to be constructed concurrently) 4. Subdivision Inspection Fee of $600.00 (Both Phases are to be constructed concurrently) 5. Thirteen (13) folded blueline prints of plats 6. Engineer's Final Plat Checklist 7. 2 Copies of Paid Tax Certificate 8. Two (2) Copies of Drainage Report 9. Two (2) Copies of Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate 10. Two (2) Sets of Construction Plans 11. Letter requesting oversize participation It is my understanding that this final plat will be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, November 6, 2003.
