FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL

Attached please find the following items for the above referenced submittal:
1. Final Plat Applications for Phase 2 and Phase 3
2. Final Plat Fees of $800.00,
3. Development Permit Fee of $200.00 (Both Phases are to be constructed concurrently)
4. Subdivision Inspection Fee of $600.00 (Both Phases are to be constructed concurrently)
5. Thirteen (13) folded blueline prints of plats
6. Engineer's Final Plat Checklist
7. 2 Copies of Paid Tax Certificate
8. Two (2) Copies of Drainage Report
9. Two (2) Copies of Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate
10. Two (2) Sets of Construction Plans
11. Letter requesting oversize participation
It is my understanding that this final plat will be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, November 6, 2003.

strong opposition to the two variances requested by CRB
Associates Inc., S M Kling, in regards to 1311 Southwest Parkway,
College Station, Texas. We request that the property being
developed follow the regulations concerning the cul -de -sac and the
opening of the pro. - II• onto Southwest Parkway.

variances requested by CRB Associates Inc,. S
M Kling, in regards to the property 1311
Southwest Parkway. We ask that the property
being developed follow the regulations already
approved by the city concerning the street jog
(or the location of the street opening onto
Southwest Pkwy.) and the cul -de -sac.
