(03- 00500236) Applicant: LENWOOD ADAMS Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the replat. Item Summary: The purpose of this replat is to adjust the location of a public drainage easement to cover newly constructed storm drainage improvements, and to dedicate a public utility easement over a pre- existing sanitary sewer line. This replat, along with the acceptance of the constructed improvements will allow the abandonment of an easement included on the original plat for a proposed residential home. Attachments: 1. Applicant: Lenwood Adams, P.E. (MDG) for Mr. Joe Ferreri, Owner Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the replat.
