No work of any kind may start until a Development Permit is issued. 2. No work beyond limits covered in permit is authorized. 3. The permit may be revoked if any false statements are made herein. If revoked, all work must cease until permit is re- issued. 4. Development shall not be used or occupied until Certificate of Occupancy is issued. 5. The permit will expire if no significant work is progressing within 24 months of issuance. 6. If required, Elevation Certificates will be provided with elevations certified during construction (forms at slab pre -pour) and post construction. 7. Other permits may have been required to fulfill local, state and federal requirements. Construction will be in compliance with all necessary State and Federal Permits. 8. Stormwater mitigation, including detention ponds will be constructed first in the construction sequence of the project. 9. In accordance with Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station, measures shall be taken to insure that all debris from construction, erosion, and sedimentation shall not be deposited in city streets, or existing drainage facilities. Construction Site Notice or Notice of Intent (NOI) along with Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3) will be kept and maintained on -site during construction as per TPDES permitting requirements. If it is determined that the prescribed erosion control measures are ineffective to retain all sediment on -site, it is the Contractor's responsibility to implement measures that will meet City, State, and Federal requirements. 10. All disturbed areas will be re- vegetated prior to Letter of Completion or Certificate of Occupancy. 11. All trees required to be protected as part of the landscape plan must be completely barricaded in accordance with the Landscaping and Tree Protection Section of the City's Unified Development Ordinance, prior to any operations of this permit. The cleaning of equipment or materials within the drip line of any tree or group of trees that are protected and required to remain is strictly prohibited. The disposal of any waste material such as, but not limited to, paint, oil, solvents, asphalt, concrete, mortar, or other harmful liquids or materials within the drip line of any tree required to remain is also prohibited. 12. All construction shall be in accordance with the stamped approved plans and specifications for the above -named project and all of the codes and ordinances of the City of College Station, as well as State and Federal Regulations that apply. Only those deviations from BCS Unified Design Guidelines, Specifications and Details specifically requested and approved will be allowed. 13.
