1. (Sheet 8) Please correct sign foundation detail.
The correct sign foundation detail was added.
2. (Sheet 9) `Lane' can be removed from striping. See attached bike lane detail.
`Lane' was removed from the striping plan.
3. (Sheet 9) Please identify the existing driveways along Holleman that will be affected by
the proposed improvements. Please provide a description of how these will be repaired.
Limestone base will be added as necessary to the driveways in order to provide a
smooth transition from each driveway to the shoulder of Holleman.
4. (Sheet 9) This section of Holleman will require a chip seal /seal coat as a result of the
proposed widening.
Following further conversations with city staff, the requirement for the chip seal
has been rescinded. The chip seal is not shown on the plans.
5. (Sheet 10) Lane can be removed from striping. See attached bike lane detail.

6. (Sheet 10) Please note that the cross section provided only applies to certain areas. It
may be helpful to label specific striping in other areas.
Additional labels were added to show specific striping in other areas.
7. The tangent section on Holleman, south of Deacon can be reduced from 180 feet to 100
feet.
