Eastern most corner of Lot 4, Thence S 45 degrees 00'00" W for a distance of 25 feet to the point
of beginning, which point is the south corner of the 0.0407 acre tract shown on plat of survey
prepared by Edsel J. Burkhart in August 1978 which is attached to this Exhibit "A" as Survey
