Dear Mr. Gibbs:
The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge that the construction plans for the water,
sanitary sewer, streets and drainage for the above - referenced project, to the best of my
knowledge, do not deviate from the B /CS Design Guideline Manual except that
Waterline W -4, shown on Sheet 16 has a bury depth greater than 5' in order for the
waterline to get under storm sewer pipe 114 and the existing Explorer Pipeline. Also,
Waterline W -2, shown on Sheet 17 has a bury depth greater than 5' in order for the
waterline to get under the existing Explorer Pipeline. Also, Waterline W -3, shown on
Sheet 18 has a bury depth greater than 5' in order for the waterline to get under storm
sewer pipe 112 and the existing Explorer Pipeline. No other alternate design or
construction methodology was used.
I also acknowledge that, to the best of my knowledge, the details provided in the
construction plans are in accordance with the B /CS Standard Details.
