Fontaine Conclusion TDI- Brooks International Center is located on the northeast side of the intersection of South Dowling Road and 1 &GN Road. A 12" water line will connect to the existing 12" water line on the southwest side of the property, run east then north to the proposed developed area. 2" & 4" lines will be extended to the building for water service and the fire sprinkler system. These lines will be private lines. Information concerning these lines will be provided in a subsequent report. This report is for the development of a commercial subdivision. Per design guidelines, a minimum fire flow of 2,500 gpm is used for this analysis. According to the report in Appendix A, 2,500 gpm fire flow from the existing 12" waterline provides sufficient pressure. As recommended, a 12" line is proposed through the site to provide the 2,500 gpm flow at the proposed fire hydrants. APPENDIX A Fire Flow Analysis completed by J.F. The enclosed computer print out shows 2,500 GPM flow from the 12 inch line on the west side of IG -N Road through a proposed 100 ft. crossing under IG -N Road. The residual pressure is 61.67 psi.
