Therefore, parkland dedication is not assessed. None. As consistent with the approved Preliminary Plan, there are no public sidewalks proposed with this plan. As consistent with the approved Preliminary Plan, there is no bicycle connectivity proposed within the subject property. The Comprehensive Plan Bicycle Plan proposes future bicycle lanes along I &GN Road and South Dowling Road. The subject property is not located within an Impact Fee Area. REVIEW CRITERIA Compliance with Subdivision Regulations: The approved preliminary plan for this development received waivers to Section 8.2.E.3 Street Projections, Section 8.2.G.2 Blocks, Section 8.2.K.2 Required Sidewalks, and Section 8.2.J.2 Access Ways to meet Subdivision Regulations. The proposed final plat is in compliance with the approved Preliminary Plan and the Unified Development Ordinance. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS Staff recommends approval of the proposed final plat.
